Sonya Arp

My name is Sonya Arp. Originally from Kingsport in upper east Tennessee, I moved to Tellico Plains in 1992. I discovered Tellico Plains when my Dad met my step mother and moved to Athens, TN just a short distance away. IT WAS LOVE!

I have raised my two children in these wonderful mountains. I enjoy hiking, riding horses, flower gardening, ”taking a back road” exploring with my husband and taking tons of pictures of our beautiful flowers, mountains, rivers and waterfalls. It’s always a fantastic adventure.

I came to work at Tellico Mountain Realty in the spring of 2005. As the office manager I process all files including new listings, pending and closed sales, schedule showings of properties, keep our website and various other sites current, help our clients and agents in any way I can as well as handling general day to day office work.

Over the last 10 + years I have learned an incredible amount about real estate and have had the pleasure of working with many wonderful agents.
