Hi! I am Nancy Davila, formerly well traveled, now, for the past 24+ years, a happy East Tennessean, smitten with the natural beauty, peace and “sense of place” offered by this mountain home and community. I am an outdoor enthusiast and a conservation minded nature lover.
Having escaped city life all those years ago, my spouse Al Davila and I found our utopia here in these mountains. Best move we ever made! We reside on the quintessential farmette which includes “Sugar”, our beloved paint mare, Fluffy cat, a large flock of free range multicolored bantam chickens and wildlife galore, all of which we cherish.
During my twenty plus years in real estate I have assisted many happy residents in finding their coveted place here. My specialty is acreage and farms, however, with my in depth knowledge of this area and enthusiasm for real estate in general, I’ll gladly assist you in finding what you seek including homes, cabins, lake properties and commercial properties.
